Problem downloading Jedi Survivor on PS5

Hi everyone, i need some help with Jedi Survivor on PS5, i bought the game recently and im having some issues downloading the game, it said i dont have space but i deleted everything and i still get this message, i've already tried lots of solutions that i saw online but none of them worked, i contacted Playstation support and they could not solve the problem either.
