Timeworn bridge stuck at the entrance to the bridge

When the troopers sand the droid are not at the entrance of the bridge, go back to te mediation point and choose "rest". The enemies wil respawn. Return to the bridge entrance and defeat the enemies together with Merritt. After that you can cross the bridge.
