- disable any vpn/proxy - disable any screen capture, Internet video/audio capture software for testing - disable any RGB hardware lightning software for testing - try to launch the game
If it did not help give me a _report_.txt file: in the command prompt (cmd) running with Admin rights enter commands then attach to a message _report_.txt file from the root folder of С:\ drive, then delete this file
Also, try to find some games error/dump files in this dir and attach them too:

@MADrag0nim also having an issue launching the game from the EA launcher, i just get an error message saying, There is a problemwith your game's setup. Please reinstall your game. I have done that once already, attempted a repair and followed your instructions from your first post, even uninstalled One Drive
Thanks i ended up uninstalling the game and the ea app again along with what you suggested and I’m in but I have now another small issue but it’s launching so that’s for another thread

I just noticed in my Task Manager that X Box Gaming Services starts whenever I (unsuccessfully) try to launch Jedi Survivor from the EA App. Should that be happening?
@hlyy I cant thank you enough man, this was the one that worked for me. Of all the official troubleshooting methods posted by the devs and EA forums, this comment was the one that solved the error for me. Its a shame that a company like this cant fix the game, and gimmics like this can.
@MADrag0n Hi! I have the same problem wit Jedi Survivor. I've updated all my PC. I used a lot of ways to solve the problem including all your posts (Also, I've disabled Xbox game bar, in addition I used clean boot). Thank you in advance!
