    Found a solution, turns out dying by jumping off over and over again and respawning fixed it for me, but i'll leave this up incase others have this problem.

Just a heads up for those playing on PS5. Switching to Performance Mode solved my issue.

    Switching to performance mode (on PS5) immediately solved this for me after a bunch of time trying other options.
