    Hey folks, just wanted to pop in with some info here.

    The original issue preventing arrow keys from being bound has been resolved in a previous patch.However it looks like some of you are still having issues binding arrow keys.

    To resolve this, navigate the 'Edit controls' menu using only arrow keys and you should be able to bind/unbind keys without problems.

    While this isn't ideal, the original issue is fixed and this should serve as a workaround for those still facing issues when binding arrow keys.

    Going to mark this as solution for visibility.

Thanks for this. 

I am not 100% sure if this is a bug, or working as designed, but I have passed this on to the teams so it can be looked into.

I fully understand that this can cause any inconvenience.

Not being able to play a 124 dollar game (if you get the deluxe) IS NOT AN INCONVENIENCE. That is unbelieveably insensitive and should be illegal. Essentially its saying, oh your either in a minority of people (left handed or disabled) well, sucks to be you. Thats disgusting. 

Ever think that MAYBE PEOPLE NEED THAT SET UP, its not a "preferred set up" its necessary to be able to even play. This kind of reply is why EA keeps winning awards for worst company.... 

AND WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY ARBITRARILY CHANGE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! The first game was absolutely amazing and I admit it was the greatest sucker move in the galaxy because when Survivor came available to purchase, I didn't even consider that I would be unable to play it, I figured LIKE THE FIRST GAME you would be able to FULLY CUSTOMIZE your keys. 

So why do I consider Survivor a sucker move? Well now I am out 124 dollars, I can't refund the game, I can't play the game, and EA's seemingly official stance... Sorry for the inconvenience...as you laugh all the way to the bank after robbing a disabled person...disgusting.

As I said in one other post, yes, It was my fault for trusting that this game would be like the first and buying the deluxe edition, which is non refundable, so yes I learned a very expensive and valuable lesson, don't trust EA.
