@Shootumon Please go here:
C:\Users\your username\Saved Games\Respawn
and move the JediSurvivor folder to the desktop. (This will remove your saves, but you can restore them later.) Then launch the game again and see whether you still have the issue. You might need to go through the initial settings one more time.

This did not help unfortunately, really annoying issue.

@chili98765 How far into the game have you progressed? Others in this thread have mentioned that the issue disappeared once they arrived on Koboh, the second planet.

just few hours on Koboh - problem is still there.

@chili98765 Try disabling your antivirus, temporarily of course, to see whether it helps. You might see the user agreement page again, but hopefully the game will be able to write the data that says you've seen it, and it won't happen again.
