SWTOR Security Key issue

Hello, I cannot log into my Star Wars The Old Republic account because I lost access to my Security Key after changing my phone. I used the old SWTOR Security Key mobile app years ago but I no longer have that device and cannot generate the code. When I try to log in I enter my display name and password but I cannot proceed because the Security Key is required. I also tried to find the "lost security key" option but the links I found lead to 404 pages and I cannot find a way to submit a support ticket. Could someone please advise how I can remove the security key from my account so I can log in again
