" Unable to load the application configuration " swtor

Hi everyone, Before i start, english is not my native language so i'm sorry if i write wrongly. So i have got this problem, i can't start the launcher and i get this error message " Unable to load ...

In the same command prompt run the following command

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I got this : 

Deploy image services and management tools
Version: 10.0.16299.15

Image Version: 10.0.16299.64


Error: 87

cleanup-image option is unknown.
For more information, please execute DISM.exe /? For instructions.

The DISM log can be found in C: \ Windows \ Logs \ DISM \ dism.log
