yes they are fine

checking the swtor account for issues with swtor support and they have your email, response will be in a few hours

    Before swtor can add any gametime, and to fix the account for future purchases

    use this link (insert the swtor email address into that link) to reset the password then login on the EA account copaseticschlong

    Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com
