409 - conflict

I have been away for over a year come back to play SWTOR and get this error. I can not find anyway to contact EA to get this taken care of it looks like my SWTOR account is connected to my EA account and the guy at SWTOR said there was an email on that account that did not look like mine and it wasn't. Now with EA not having phone support anymore, I do not know how to contact them to get this taken care of. I tried changing email on EA account did not work, I looked through EA help that was no help there is no chat button to find. Anyone know how to contact this company who seems to be invisible.
