Need Authenticator help please,

Hi, I am trying to log into my STWOR and it's been a while.  I had the old authenticator app and have quite a lot of credits saved up.  I don't want to take it off my account but I can't log in since I don't have it set up on google authenticator and I can't get in to my account online.  It just keeps saying 

Something went wrong...

We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again a little later.

I have logged in with the app so I know my log in and password are good.

Please help me, you are my only hope
