60-DAY PRE-PAID GAME TIME CARD NOT WORKING!

Question

Just bought the card from Walmart yesterday. Every time I put it in, it says the "The entered code is invalid. Please verify your card and try again." EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING IS CORRECT!

This is really quite frustrating. I'm a returning player, and the first time I buy subscription in two years, the code doesn't work... Fitting...

@billedbrush3 Very possibly. If you take the card back with your receipt, they should be able to activate the card for you.

I could be mistaken but walmart may need to activate the code

Failing that call swtor CS will be able to help (Link to Numbers) to advise on getting sorted

Oooohhh, I bought my card at self-checkout, could that be why?
