600k Credit escrow transfer, is not transferring credits.

As the subject header states, my credits were not transferred from my escrow to my main account. I had used an escrow credit transfer but it did not work, I saw the animation with the credit symbols floating around my character but there was no transfer of credits. I actually used two transfers, neither transferred my credits from my escrow. Any help or recommendations would be welcome. As I am not subbed at the moment, submitting an ingame ticket is not possible. Thanks.
