About Star Wars: The Old Republic old account

Hi,

Long ago (2017), I made an account on Star Wars: The Old Republic, I didn't play it since today. I've noticed that now, EA account and SWTOR accounts are together. Mine is not. Is there a way to link them manually?

I ask this because both of them share the same email and nickname, and I don't want to break anything (since it is said that if I change the password of the SWTOR password it'll create another account). So... is there a solution for this?

Thanks for the help and have a nice day.

All i can say is the linked ea account should of used the email you used to create the swtor account , if you changed the email on the swtor account after creating the swtor account , the ea account would not of changed to the new email if you update the email after july 2019

the only way to find out what ea account is linked to that swtor account is to call support and ask

Ok, now I paid the bundle of 29.99 in Origin, I redeemed it on SWTOR and can see the payment history. There is an email direction that ends with @trial.swtor.com. Do you have this?

Ok support are now saying that swtor account is not linked to an EA Account , and that is an internal email apparently , so any changes to that swtor account wont affect your ea account

I see, so, the message when changin the password that says we could create/change EA account info don't affect my account right? I will contact the support in game too in order to get more answers since I got a subscription (I'll try the game again to haha).

correct it wont effect your account

Sorry for contacting you again, but it seems that the in-game support does not provide that help. They told me that it must be linked to an EA account, but they said me to contact by phone call. Just asking, the origin account that should be created in swtor account should be accesible from origin or it is just internal?
