Accidentally Selected No On Legacy Rename

I've just gotten back into this game. I spent 1000 Cartel Coins on the Legacy Rename. However, I accidentally selected No when renaming my legacy, and now the item is gone.

Will it be possible to make the item reappear on my inventory? Or get refunded 1000 Cartel Coins?
