Email Verification
Having trouble with email verification in SWTOR. When opening the game and choosing a character, it prompts me to verify the email address. I choose the option to verify. I have received the email, but following the link gives an error message: Verification code expired, invalid, or account already verified. No code was received and there is no field to input a code either. I've had the email on this account since 2011.
SWTOR "invalid captcha" HELP
Okay i googled around for help and i cant find anyone with similiar problems.. Ive removed my security key (since i have to do that when i get a new phone to update it to the new device), did that, tried to login on several browsers such as google, chrome, safari, microsoft edge, etc. it continues to say "invalid captcha" no matter what i try and do. Even tried logging in on my phone but to no avail either on its browser. my password and name is correct, i have all cookies accepted and everything, does anyone know how i fix this WITHOUT having to call an international number and pay money for the call? Thx.I cant log in to the game, please help.
Hello everyone. I haven't played SW TOR in a while, but today I decided to revisit the old days and encountered the following problem. I downloaded the game from Steam and it worked fine until today. Let me get to the point. I log in to my account through the launcher, and the first thing that comes up is that the launcher's main page after successful authentication shows no news about the game (screenshot #1). Then, after I click the PLAY button, the launcher closes and the game window opens, showing the loading screen with Darth Malgus from the current DLC, which we're so used to seeing. Immediately after, the window closes by itself. I've already tried basic advice like "updating drivers," "reinstalling the game," and "restarting the computer," but to no avail. Since my last successful session, my Windows hasn't updated, nor have my drivers (before the SWTOR issue). What other useful information can I provide? P.S. The only thing I haven't tried is downloading the game directly from the website, rather than via Steam.SWTOR Security Key issue
Hello, I cannot log into my Star Wars The Old Republic account because I lost access to my Security Key after changing my phone. I used the old SWTOR Security Key mobile app years ago but I no longer have that device and cannot generate the code. When I try to log in I enter my display name and password but I cannot proceed because the Security Key is required. I also tried to find the "lost security key" option but the links I found lead to 404 pages and I cannot find a way to submit a support ticket. Could someone please advise how I can remove the security key from my account so I can log in again Thank you.security key lost help me plss
Hi , i try to play since many month , i change my phone so i don't have the swtor key generator . i try to loggin for remove my security key but the mail with one time passeword never come so i can't remove and loggin. I check every time my mail but nothing. help me pls
