Hey @Otter-lnsanity,
what you bought is indeed not credits (as its also said in the details of the item in the cartel market) but a transfer of credits that went into your overflow. As preferred or f2p player you have a credit cap and every credit you earn over that cap will go into your escrow. The cartel market item is there to transfer credits from that escrow back to your character credit balance (this happens automatically if you become a subscriber).
With all purchases of the cartel market, once they are claimed to your inventory it is not possible to refund them.
There is a default message on whenever you buy something from the cartel market and it looks like this:
You can turn this off by hitting the "Do not show this dialog again" and it will not show up again. As I said, this is on by default and must be deactivated by the player.
You also still have the chance to refund an item when it's in your unclaimed item stash.
But if you claim it, you agreed to buy it and a refund is not possible.
You are free to sell the item on the galactic trade market or use it whenever you come over the credit cap.

so in other words we have to spend cartel coins to get the credits that is owed us when i did it i thought it was going to charge me 240 credits and not cartel coins otherwise i would not have done it and the credits are still in my inventory but you can't send them back to get your cois back
