CANT LOG IN

I have been having this issue so long i log into the game launcher it sends me an email verification code i put it in then nothing. I have not been able to get into the game for a long while please help. its not the firewall or any of that i have tried all the youtube and forum fixes. i just cant figure it out.

now after the update, i press play and doesn't launch at all. stuck in the launcher tab. (before)

i press multiple time it doesn't loading nor went to in-game at all. (freshly made acc)
