Account authenticator loop

Hello, I am trying to cancel my swtor subscription, but I am having trouble logging in to my account.

When i enter my account name and password it  says it does not recognize my device and offers to send me an email verification code, so i hit send code, but when the code comes and i enter it, it just asks me to enter my password again then says it doesn't recognize my device and offers to send another email.

Worse yet each email can only be sent once every 15 minutes so I've been at this for over an hour waiting for emails, entering the verification code only to have it have me re enter my account info and password and offer to send yet another authentication email.

Its an endless loop. I just want to cancel my subscription my internet connection isn't great so the game crashes to the server selection screen whenever i play/log in to the game so i cant even play. I just want to cancel please help me log in.
