@Belgorad Interesting. I found this forum thread on the topic. Scrolling through the 14 pages worth of Q and A, no one seems to have referenced reimbursement or replacement at all. This thread is over 6 years old. I saw some recent posts on here the other day too after I had made mine. The gold posts all refer back to making sure we've unequipped and reequipped every piece of the sets so they show up on the account, but don't offer any resolution to those of us who already took those steps. There doesn't seem to be any "actual" recourse on our end. Yikes.

There is no recourse. As I previously stated the only thing that can be done in the future is to replace the shells that currently cannot be downloaded with new versions that are able to be downloaded and automatically unlocked for those that unlocked them previously.
