Banned?

call swtor support directly when the lines are open , and they can see if it is a non terms of services ban, if its non tos related and is due to say a billing issue they maybe able to lift the ban

if it is a TOS violation then you will be advised to email mailto:swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com 

Thanks I was planning to call them back seeing last time I called they just re directed me to the Ea.help.com thing and that's going no where for me.

Would you happen to know how long it would take because this all started the 5th and I've had no email sense then all I have is the EA help form thing and that's going no where and it say's "waiting on player". and that's pretty much it there...

One possible reason that the EA screenshot shows no issues is that particular EA account may not be the linked EA account

If this is an older swtor account, the linked EA account would of been created using the same email address used to create the swtor account

So if you contact EA help about the EA account that shows no ban there is no ban on that account as it isn't the linked EA account
Swtor support can advise what EA account is linked to your swtor account
