What makes you say that ? swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com is still an active email address for account disputes
Because ive tried sending emails about my locked account to that address at least 5 times now, it refuses to send coz outlook says that address doesnt exist
will flag to get that email checked, also what is your swtor username and can ask swtor CS to confirm the issue with your account cant be resolved any other way.

I too have a account locked, received a email stating my account has been locked for suspicious activity which i dont quite understand since i havent done anything against TOS at least to my knowledge and last transaction ive had with EA is my monthly subs to SWTOR.
