Levels going down
I opened my swtor account to see that all my character's levels have been reduced. This isn't the first time something like this has happen to me does anyone know why it happens?

are you sure your not seeing an artifact from planetary level sync ?
There has not been any recent server rollbacks either , you can email mailto:support@swtor.com and they can look if indeed you have lost levels
