Account locked

So I got an email saying my account was locked on December 24, 2018 due to suspicious activity. It's because I bought cartel coins on an Italian IP address even though my SWTOR account is US IP based...

Because ive tried sending emails about my locked account to that address at least 5 times now, it refuses to send coz outlook says that address doesnt exist

@Augarit 

will flag to get that email checked, also what is your swtor username and can ask swtor CS to confirm the issue with your account cant be resolved any other way.

    Y account is also locked and I do not why. I haven’t played in a while , but it shouldn’t be locked. My account name is Larimir

      If your account is locked you will either need to call Customer Service to see if they can resolve it over the phone.  If not then you can email SWTORAccountDisputes@bioware.com with your account name and ask to have it unlocked.
