Account locked

So I got an email saying my account was locked on December 24, 2018 due to suspicious activity. It's because I bought cartel coins on an Italian IP address even though my SWTOR account is US IP based. I am active duty military living in Italy so I understand why it happened. I called CS and they told me to email [edit: email address removed] but that email wasn't valid so I found online that it was supposed to be [edit: email address removed]. I just want to be sure that I sent an email to the right address. It's been three days and I still haven't gotten a response. Now, I understand it was Christmas so I'm not upset, but that was two days ago now and I just want to follow up and make sure I didn't do anything wrong. It's upsetting because I had all week off from work and all I wanted to do was play SWTOR but I couldn't. The display name for the account in question is: maybekang

Most common is to phone the UK number unless you live in the USA or Canada

I live in Finland which is in the Scandinavia region so i guess UK is for me then, do you know if they open on weekends?

Yes it is 7 days a week but need to call during 15.00 GMT - 00.00 GMT

Y account is also locked and I do not why. I haven’t played in a while , but it shouldn’t be locked. My account name is Larimir

If your account is locked you will either need to call Customer Service to see if they can resolve it over the phone. If not then you can email SWTORAccountDisputes@bioware.com with your account name and ask to have it unlocked.
