Account mergering

So I was wondering if there was a way to merge 2 SW:TOR accounts into one.

Few days ago I played on account B (made in 2013), on which there was no characters, so figured they were deleted.

Then thanks to help here I did check my main email for an account and found account A (made in 2011) where nearly all my progress was on, did lose my imperial agent on there for some reason.

Now, on account B I had made a new character as imperial agent, and managed to get some progress, so wondered if there is a way to transfer said character and cartel coins onto account A.

As far as I know, account B has no EA account, only an SW:TOR.
