If you'd like to set up the security key app to avoid the one time passwords, and you don't own an IoS or Android device, look into Bluestacks. It's an android emulator for your PC. My wife uses it on her computer to run the Security Key App.

for those of who may look into using Bluetacks use the search apps- google play get the free SWTOR app then you log into your SWTOR account add/ under set up mobile security keys that will give you a very long code make note of it you'll input that code into the app to get it started after that the app should be good to go now and again when you launch Bluestacks a two panel pane will open you'll be asked to pay for something or install an app just use the install an app

There is no requirement to use bluestacks anymore , as of Jul 15 SWTOR switched to RFC 6238 TOTP.
Details here WINAUTH is best used on a PC at present ( can even be setup on a USB Stick if wanting it to be portable ).
