cant log in due to missing 2FA

Hi! I lost my 2FA for logging in to my SWTOR account when I switched to a new phone. I forgot my password and tried to reset it but I cant reset my password without the authenticator which I no longer have. So I cant log in to remove the 2FA or change the password to a new one, meaning Im completely locked out of my acount. Is there a way to remove the 2FA so I can reset my password and get a new authenticator? Thank you
