Account wipes?
Question.. if one has not played the game in a few years now, were character wipes implemented? I ask because I just tried to come back, and I have NOTHING.. not a one of my characters, transactions ...

Thank you for your time in answering.. my only question is, when I request my Account Name by using my e-mail, that is the Only account name it sends me back. I know I had another account, with Legacy and all.. but I can not get that information no matter what e-mail account I checked. That is why I asked about a possible wipe.. there is a reason beyond all of that that makes me worried, this account has a very special meaning to me... it was the last game that my stepfather played before he passed away and I managed to keep his character. If that character got wiped, I would be most upset. I don't care about my characters, but his... different story.
Send an email to support@swtor.com and ask if they can see any other account
even if you remember a character name that will help

Well, I tried.. but still haven't even gotten a reply saying that they received my e-mail and are looking into it. I think it is because I am not a subscriber right now, so I don't matter.. that IS the way their general policy is, you can't contact customer support if you aren't a Subscriber (even says so on their page). So, alas.. I guess I will have to give this up.. thank you for your time and assistance. I hope you have a great day and enjoy the game!
