As suggested I already sent e-mail following your instruction.
The linked ea account has been disabled and its data has been wiped ( its not the ea account your posting here with )
To fix the account You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses the same gmail.com email as used on the swtor account "not the ea account email" your posting here on now
use this link (insert the gmail.com swtor email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Let me know when the above is sorted , still checking if they have your email with the screenshots
Edit: support have the email with the steam screenshots so just need the above sorted to add the gametime
- 2 years ago@proxos666 is there any way to move/merge SWTOR account with my EA account that I use right now?
I have all the games there and it's active since 2009.
This second account, to be honest I do not know what it is.
It looks empty and was created in 2017, while I played SWTOR since 2011 or so.
Would you be able to point me to a person who could help me sort it out?- proxos6662 years agoHero+
unfortunately no , that account is permanently linked to that swtor account
if you try to merge or close that ea account, it will break the swtor account for purchases, so you will never be able to subscribe on that account
see https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/close-ea-account/ this applies to merging as well to a main ea account
Deleting your EA Account will permanently break your Pogo or SW:TOR account. We can’t restore Pogo or SW:TOR accounts when this happens.- proxos6662 years agoHero+
Support said gametime has been added , so that is good to hear
if not done so yet, you need to cancel any swtor subscription in your steam account, it can be repurchased when this gametime ends

If you never said that you didn't know where the second account came from, I wouldn't have figured out to use the email address that I have for SWTOR instead of my main account which is for Steam and EA. So instead of using my EA email (live.com) I used my SWTOR email (gmail) and got the deactivated message and reset password. But my gmail is a secondary email for my live.com so when I signed in; I was taken to my main account anyway.
I then tested on SWTOR going to My Account > Subscriptions > Show my payment history and I no longer get the message saying there's an error with my EA account, but my previous purchases since 2015 are not there at all. I'm confused what happened to create this problem in the first place as I never had to link any of these together except for SWTOR/Steam. EA had zero links to any of it either until tonight?

The linked ea account is created at the time of the swtor creation using the same email address to create the swtor account
