    Support said gametime has been added , so that is good to hear 

    if not done so yet, you need to cancel any swtor subscription in your steam account, it can be repurchased when this gametime ends

    the cost will be up to your phone plan ? 

    Here in Australia for example vodafone mobile phones include free calls to the UK
