Android mobile App Security Key problems

Can I please Get some help I've been using the android security key generator since the launched it now the security keys its generating isn't working any more I tried reinstalling the app now its asking me for a serial number I never had for the activation. I then tried to remove the security key but I'm on week 2 with no email of removing the security key with they said would only take about 15mints to send I just wont to play the game can some one help I am a subscriber as well.
