Another Steam bundle issue

Like a few others here, I have purchased the 60-day non-recurring bundle through steam, and found it failing to activate on my account.

As far as I can tell, swtor.com, steam, and ea are all linked to each other through the same e-mail address (an @hotmail.com address). After finding the purchase to have failed, I opened a support ticked via help.ea, and it was requested that I send the typically requested screenshots. Since then, my case has been marked as "fixed" and closed, yet my subscription is still not active. I attempted to follow up in reply to the same email yesterday, to no avail, and further attempts to re-open the case have sent me here.

If not for my case having been marked as fixed, I would have sat and waited, but if they consider my problem to have been dealt with, I'd rather not leave it at that. Like here, my SWTOR display name is OpRebirth.

    EA tickets will be closed when passed to swtor support, EA support are not able to handle swtor account issues, only swtor support can

    using the same email address on a ea and swtor account does not create any form of linkage, linkage was created on account creation with the email used on the creation
    after creation each account can use different emails and passwords and the linkage remains.

    Will check with swtor support when they are online next which is in about 11 - 12 hrs time from this post

  • That makes sense, thankyou very much. Would you expect my screenshots to have been forwarded alongside the ticket, or should I just send them on now anyways?
