Another Steam Subscription Not Activating

Hi there,

Same old story, I purchased a subscription through Steam and haven't gotten it. Just came back to the game. Came across the sticky after searching for answers. I emailed my two screenshots as directed in the sticky. I saw that one individual was very helpful in getting this issue resolved in these forums (@proxos666). Hoping I can get the same help.
