My Account Subscription After a False Ban

Greetings, my account was falsely banned a while ago due to "violating TOS" I have been unbanned since then. I appealed it and they found the ban to be an error on their part, however, after I was unbanned I found my account status to be "Preferred" despite my subscription still having 25+ days remaining.

I have contacted them but I still have yet to recieve a reply or any response at all regarding what casued my ban and whether or not my subscription can be reinstated. Being a new player, this is rather frustrating seeing that I've essentially lost 2 weeks of time I could have spent playing, along with the money I spent to buy the subscription on this information. Attached below is the reply to appeal to unban my account as proof.

Has there been similiar cases to these and if so what can I do?

  • You should be sorted in the next day, unfortunately i cant enquire further on this until tomorrow 

  • Ok this is still being worked on, their is another account issue (related to the ban) that needs to be resolved on their end first before gametime can be added
    Support should be notifying you they are working on this
