Appearance Customization Station Black Screen

I go to my stronghold to change my characters appearance using the customizer, but the section where you preview your character (on the left) is black so I have no idea what the options look like. Do...

can you confirm the monitor is physically plugged into the nvidia gfx card , the inbuilt intel video card is still enabled and lists having the monitor attached

I'm only slightly tech literate haha. Where do i need to go to confirm if the monitor is plugged into the nvidia gfx card?

        glad to hear it is sorted now , you may find gfx are a little better performing now too
