Artifact Equipment Authorization unlock didint work

Hello,  I buy from Cartel Market  unlock Artifact Equipment Authorization , and I use on my character and they say " Now its benn unlock " , but I still cant use equip with requires Artifact Equipme...

Try logging out then back into the character and also try to delete the DiskArenaCache file under the swtor directory if that doesn't work.
