Artifact Equipment Authorization
Hi, I was wondering if the Artifact Equipment Authorization from the CM will allow me to use the gear I obtain from flashpoints and from the supply crates you give to the alliance specialists.

Artifact Authorization allows you to equip gear that is of purple Quality or use purple quality mods in your gear. So if you get an empty shell like from the CM or from the Alliance Specialists when you turn in crates, you can only put purple quality mods into those shells if you have artifact authorization.
Otherwise if your just using them to create an outfit you can.
So, will I also be able to use golden gear?
