Authenticator issues.
I'm having trouble gaining access to my account after not playing for a year, I try to use my security key, but it does not work and a friend of mine suggested that I reinstall the app and now the app is asking me for an activation code, I am thus locked out of my account and cannot gain access without my security key. I might also add that I have since bought myself a new phone and wonder if this had something to do with my current problem.
