Black Screen on Fullscreen Windowed 5/15/23

When I'm in regular fullscreen the game works fine, but if I try to use fullscreen windowed the whole screen turns black and nothing happens.  I do not have colorblind mode on.  The only way to undo the issue is to get the game to open in regular fullscreen.  Any help would be appreciated.

Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time

Copy the following in to the text box and press ok

    %localappdata%\swtor\swtor\settings

Check NativeHeight, NativeWidth, Height and Width ( all 4 ) match your monitor resolution.

    Save and close the file.
    Start the game as normal.

  • No luck.  Issue persists.  Here are the settings for my Client_settings.ini.  I am able to get it to work in regular windowed mode through.

Figured it out!  Refresh rate in game was set to 25 not 60!
