Black screen on knights of eternal throne

Hello there bioware/EA I am here to tell you that I am having problems with the knights of the eternal throne. I have never had problems with SWTOR I managed to complete KOTFE and the win story mode but today I purchased a one month subscription so I could play knights of the eternal empire so after the cutscene of vaylin and her daughter it goes into a long time in a galaxy far far away the text then disappears then just goes to a black screen. The music still plays and then when it finishes the screen still stays black. I can't even exit out to play on my character (imperial agent) why is this happening I want to be able to play my character that I have spent a lot of money on and a year on please help me fix this. 😡

    Try a game repair if that fails can you post a dxdiag per this link

    Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
    If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.
     
    Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
    select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

    Hey my game did have the ST and I deleted the file you told me to delete but that kinda made it worse now it doesn't even play the music it just freezes.

    Post the dxdiag and try running the repair again, however it isnt a file but the bitraider folder that needs to be deleted

    I tried to fix mine like that guy but I'm not a subscriber so I can't get on forums. any alternate suggestions?

    Post a dxdiag as mentioned in this thread, black screen is tied to the video driver it it is just how and why that remains

    Hi, when I try to play on KOET, When the opening crawl is supposed to show my screen goes black and I hear the music but the screen remains black and I can't play on my character. my link to my DxDiag file is here: https://hastebin.com/etukasofun.tex

    Technically the video card is below minimum specs but if it works it works, if you find it freezes you may need to lower all gfx settings to low.

    anyways in regards to the dark , use this update utility (Link) and advise if a newer driver appears , if so does it sort this issue for you.
