I found the solution, and I could play the game :D
I had to update my operating system to Windows 10, and it solved my problem!!! :D

I phoned them last night, and told my problem to the Customer Service. I spoke with three men, I am most thankful, they tried to help me.
First they aks me to send them three files: trecert.txt, pathping.txt, and the launcher diag file.
They checked the files, and after that I spoke with a technician. He said to me that, the game has not problem, I will have to write to the Windows forum, and ask them about my problem, or I have to go to a service.
Now, I am sad, because two days, and it will be the second week without a good solution.......
