Boku redirection strategy error: Boku is disabled for the current context

Hello

I am attempting to purchase 450CC through SMS payment. Yet it hasn't worked for over a month now. I only receive this aforementioned message. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Attempting to call them, but I don't think it works. Or at least I don't know who to call when I'm situated in Sweden. Whenever I call the number that is intended for Swede's, It's as if someone's shutting off the call on the other end?

    If you still need to call in, both +442030141826 or +18553452186 should work from Skype.
