Bought a Cartel item I didn't know I couldn't use
Hi all,
I've been playing the game since launch, was a sub until they went free and for about a year after. I've bought plenty of thing from the Cartel Market before. Apparently at some point I must have bought an account wide unlock for artifact gear, but I didn't remember doing it. I just made a new character and bought the artifact gear unlock for it, but it didn't tell me I couldn't use it, and I couldn't find out until I had already claimed it. Now I spent those coins and can't return the item. All of EA's customer service says I can't submit a ticket unless I'm a sub. What do I do? I basically just lost that money and can't do anything with the item I got. And I don't want to sub for $15 just to submit a ticket to get that money back. Any help is appreciated.
