Bought a legacy specie and deleted my character... Help in one thing

Hi! Today i relogged in SWTOR for a long time, because i wanted to play it again. Created a new character and when i entered the cartel shop i see that i had 1k of cartel coins. So i bought the "Going places" pack and the Legacy Specie unlock for mirialan. So i thought "I got a new specie! going to delete this character and i will create a mirialan" But when i opened the new character selection i saw that i didnt have the race, because i forgot to use the usable items from the cartel. So i ask, what can i do now? Is there a way to get the cartel coins back or can i have the packs?

As a proof there is the cartel history and my display name is KionkoZen.

    Apart from subscribing and submitting a ingame ticket for a character restore (this will restore the unlock)

    you could try either an email to support@swtor.com and ask very nicely to provide the unlock

    or quickest is to give them a call and i imagine they may provide you the unlock or the cartel coins back as it is real money involved

    see db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.

    Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc

  • Hi! First thanks for the fast anwser! But im not very good talking in english with voice. I trample all the words that i say, so i probably will contact them through mail. If calling is a needed option then i will call them!
