Submitter multiple support tickets but no cases and no solution

I've attempted to contact the support multiple times (five separated tickets) but when i check my account it says: no support cases) On top of that during the submissions, the help page randomly change language mid-process to non english one. Instead of a working support system, i was repeatedly directed to AI chat and keep ask me same questions
