last week i bought the "Knights of the Fallen Empire Story Bonus Pack", received the cartel coins, the 30 days game time, but, when i look on my account at the games page, i have only

That sounds right, sadly the Account don't show SoR or KotFE.
If you have a Character on LvL 60 or higher go to the Mission Terminal on your Ship an look if you have the Quest.
But if your account shows you as Subscriber you really should be fine, since KotFE and since 4.0 RotHC and SoR are free for Subscriber.
And you don't lose accesses after you Sub runs out.
