Due to today's update the ticket system may be overwhelmed with people trying to submit tickets which is normal when an expansion releases.
Did you finish the shroud of memory? Do you have any pending chapters in your mission log?
i cant do shroud of memory because i have not done arma rasa wich it is not giving me i know i have allready done chapter 9 and finding a findsman
i am still unable to update or post any tickets ill keep updating this post

The only other thing that would prevent tickets from being submitted is if your not a subscriber. You need to be in order to submit a ticket.
In regards to the chapter not working, as per this post here it looks like the team is investigating this issue.
i am a sub it just keeps saying the service is unavailable ever since the latest update my whole game has been acting up
UPDATE still have not received any support on this it appears my ticket did work almost 3 days ago because i can pull up the in game support again but still cant post or update tickets currently

The unlock not working is ab and more than likely will need to be fixed with a patch. They won't be able to fix it via a ticket. As per the link I provide before, they are aware of the issue and investigating it.
Update patch did nothing getting irritated that i payed for a good and have not received it and all i got was a claim saying a patch will fix it and no real answers

Looks like they are still investigating the issue. See the thread here. I would monitor the dev tracker found here as any updates on this issue would be posted there.
