Bought steam subscription, but it doesn't show in game

Hello,

I've purchased 30 day subscription in Steam, but in-game it doesn't show up, I still have preferred status.
Could you please check it?

    The linked ea account has been disabled and its data has been wiped , that account used a Hotmail email address ( this is a different email to what is used on the swtor account )

    use this link (insert the Hotmail email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account

    Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

    if no access to that email call swtor support when the lines are open https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/48...

    Swtor support have your screenshots but cant add gametime until the above is sorted

  • Logging into swtor.com and clicking on adding subscription I get this message:

    There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance.

  • FYI.: I have a case, however when I click on 'resume case' nothing happens, the site just takes me back to the default page.
