Broken ticket menu and quest drop

Hello. I just came back to SWtOR after a long hiatus, and, when progressing through the sith inquisitor quest line, I was unable to get Lord Kallig's mask to drop for my character. Upon trying to open an in-game ticket for this issue, I found I was not able to interface with the ticket menu in any way besides opening and closing it. If anyone knows how to fix one or both of my issues, i would be very thankful.

    In order to submit a ticket you need to be a subscriber.  If you are not then you can try to email support@swtor.com to see if they will grant you the item, however they may refer you to create a ticket.  If so you will need to subscribe for a month to get access to submit a ticket.
